Frequently Asked Questions

Receipts and invoices:

To obtain a receipt/invoice without charge, you are required to register and pay via the website. A $10 administrative fee + taxes will apply for any other request for a receipt or an invoice.

Receipt for taxes:

Submit to Revenu Quebec a copy of your proof of payment as well as the registration form which contains the GST/QST numbers of IFC Formation Continue. A $10 administrative fee + taxes will apply for any other request for a receipt.

Certificates of achievement:

These are handed out at the end of classroom training. No need to send yours to the Chambre, IFC Formation Continue will take care of that for you. To obtain an additional copy of a certificate of achievement, a $20 administrative fee + taxes will apply.

Cancellation:

Want to cancel your registration, but you’ve already paid? Send us an email.  You will be entitled to a credit valid for 12 months,  in order to resume the training for the same number of PDUs.

Confirmation:

To receive a confirmation, you are required to register via the website. No other registration confirmation will be provided. In the unlikely event that a training course would not take place, only participants who have provided their email address and or phone number will be notified.

Why is there a difference in price between registering via the website vs. by fax or by mail?

Registering through the website greatly simplifies our administrative registration procedures. IFC Formation Continue passes on this saving to you.

I would like to enroll in a particular training course but I am busy on this date. When will this training be available again?

Each year, IFC Formation Continue organizes 10 to 14 conference days in Montreal and 3 to 4 days in Quebec City. Be on the lookout for our emails and our advertisements and email us, specifying whether you are interested in the Montreal or Quebec City training courses. We will add your email address to our list.

My PDUs have not yet been credited to my file.

IFC takes the responsibility to process the attendance lists for the CSF.   As regards to the ChAD, lists of attendance will be sent within 10 days of the activity. Please allow 15 days for the update of your PDUs.  After this period, you may contact IFC.
